I was so excited by the idea to set up an Altos cooking blog that I just went ahead and did it! As discussed, I thought this would be a fun way to share recipes, thoughts, articles, and just interesting tidbits to help us keep in touch :-)

We really do just talk about food and send food-related stories and recipes to each other and generally build our friendships around tastiness, don't we?
ReplyDeleteMy first major contribution tonight might have to be an explanation of what it means to be an Alto (or Alto Affiliate...). Then - a new yummy recipe!
I'd say our friendships are built around a combination of tastiness and musical appreciation - for example, the image that comes to mind when one hears the opening chords leading up to "Ring out with your hoiah and a chu chu rah rah!"
